KPI Tracking

Allow users to set KPIs on any metrics and calculations, and enable alerting when certain thresholds are met. This can all be done with a couple of clicks in the BI Portal.

Data Warehousing & Storage

For use cases that require the Data to be stored or pre-staged prior to being analysed, and where a customer doesn't have their own Data Warehouse or Storage capability, we offer various data warehousing and ELT/ETL options.

SaaS & Cloud Integrations

We have native integrations with 100+ common SaaS and Cloud platforms, including: Salesforce, Google Analytics, SAP, Hubspot, and many more. We can also integrate with most applications or services that support Webhooks or Rest APIs. Threshold & Anomaly Tracking

There are two common methods of identifying and tracking Anomalies or Threshold breaches within your data. One is via the use of KPIs as mentioned above, the other is with the use of "conditional formatting" within visualisations which allow the creation of visual queues to identify breaches or anomalies in your data. Together these become key components to gaining immediate insights

External Datasets

As a customer of Metric 8, you're not restricted to just your data. There are a myriad of public datasets that can be ingested and analysed alongside your data to provide additional insights. For example, how does your business performance track with broader economic measures such as Interest Rates, or Unemployment figures. By connecting to our ABS or RBA datasets, you'll be able to see.

Single Sign-On

Eliminate the need for an additional password and connect your existing identity management or authentication system to the portal. The system has support for SAML 2.0 and PGP-based authentication. This also allows for the seamless embedding of dashboards or individual visuals into your applications.

API Management Layer

The BI platform is built on a cloud-native architecture with an open API stack. Which means for those bespoke custom instances, most platform functionality and metadata can be executed and managed in code via the APIs.
